When is Plein is in the Air?

It is currently happening as you are reading this. But, if we were to talk about when it all began, it was about three years ago. First version was built for personal use but after seeing how much interest it got from other artists, we thought we can eventually share it with others. Which is finally happening now after a lot of work, sweat and tears!

Why is Plein is in the Air?

Because, there is nothing like it.

It is designed by an artist and developed by an engineer, for the artists.

Make-to-stock or made-to-order?

For now, most of our kits will be made-to-order with an approximate processing time of 5 business days. But as our business grows, we're planning to have stock items.

Shipping times and rates?

We're providing shipping services with USPS and UPS. Rates and delivery times are live and depends on your location.

Delivery dates shown during checkout includes the processing time in it.

Worldwide shipping?

For now, we're only shipping to Continental US.

Return Policy

  • Return window
    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. From the day your return is approved you have three weeks to ship it back, otherwise the order will lose eligibility for return.

  • Return eligibility
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without any stain, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Starting the return process
    To start a return, you can contact us at info@pleinisintheair.com.
    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
    If your return is accepted, you'll need to buy your own return shipping label, unless a wrong item was received. Please use the same packaging it was shipped with.

  • Damages and issues
    Please take videos of your unboxing process as your evidence. Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged in any way, please contact us immediately and send us your unboxing video so we can start a claim with the shipping company. You’ll be reimbursed once the claim is resolved by the shipping company.

  • Received the wrong item
    Please take videos of your unboxing process as evidence. Inspect your order upon reception. If the wrong item is received, please contact us immediately and send us your unboxing video. We’ll make it right. You’ll be getting a replacement, and we’ll send you a free return shipping label so you can ship the wrong item back to us.

  • Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Accidental Damages

We understand that accidents are an inevitable part of life. Despite our commitment to delivering high-quality products, and providing features such as lanyard, keychain and shoulder strap attachments to tether your products, we acknowledge that there may be instances where your product sustains accidental damage. While we do not offer a specific accidental damage protection plan, we are dedicated to assisting you in resolving such situations to the best of our ability by offering replacement parts. Please contact us and we'll help you the best we can.
